Accessing this website makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms. You agree to make appropriate use of the content and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights of others.

Prices and the composition of the menu may vary with produce availability and season. The information published here is indicative; the version in force is the one provided at the restaurant.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, trade marks and design — belongs to El Redebal or is used with permission. Reproduction without express consent is prohibited.

What we process and why: when you make a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, party size, date and time, and any notes you give us (for example allergies or intolerances). The purpose is solely to manage and confirm your booking and to look after you at the restaurant.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to providing the service you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you give us health data (allergies or intolerances), we process it on the basis of your explicit consent and only in order to prepare your food safely.

Retention: we keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and thereafter for any legally required periods, after which it is deleted.

Recipients and processors: we do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To deliver the service we rely on processors bound by an Article 28 GDPR agreement, with servers in the European Union:

• Bouzon Digital — website development, hosting and the booking system.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery network and aggregate audience measurement. It speeds up and protects the site and gives us visit statistics without cookies and without identifying anyone.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — location map embedded on the home page. The map only loads once you scroll down to it.

Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies, does not build browsing profiles and does not track you across sites. The audience measurement we use (Cloudflare) works without cookies and on aggregate data. Only the following may be stored on your device:

• Theme preference (light or dark): stored in your browser’s local storage. It is strictly technical and is not shared with anyone.
• Booking system: the booking form is a Bouzon Digital component that uses technical storage strictly necessary to complete the process.
• Google Maps: the map on the home page is Google’s and, once it loads, Google may set its own cookies. See policies.google.com/privacy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. As no non-essential cookies are used, no consent banner is shown.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless consumer legislation determines otherwise.
